Shipping Mode

Delivery will take place upon payment receipt between 1-5 working days. For Mimos Pillow order, we ship with next day courier delivery.

Shipping fee is based on total order value. 

Singapore Local Order

All domestic order will be shipped via Singpost Normal Mail or Registered Mail / SmartPac / TAQBIN courier; depend on type of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible / liable for missing item during shipping. Please make sure all shipping details are correct.

If you are residing outside Singapore, we can offer you a special courier fee via TNT or FEDEX as below table.

Please note: the following fee is limited to a maximum purchase of 2 pillows with 2 cover.

Local country tax and duties are excluded.

We are not responsible in the event of non-delivery, postal/custom delays, breakage or loss.

All proper packing and shipping procedures shall be taken with proof of posting to be provided upon request.
